When the doors open everything turns white, The "I like trains" kid is inside the elevator aswell as a train is seen coming closer. and after a couple of seconds An audio is playing from asdfmovie2. Specifically the 'i like singing' gag. When the "I like trains" Part finishes the train will crash killing anyone standing in the middle of the elevator. There is also a chance the train will come for the other side too. Staying at the front, center, back, and sides of the elevator is highly Dangerous as they are targets in this floor.
when the door closes the elevator will be repaired.

- Before the game was remastered, the floor had a secret message in the elevator ceilings. The message was "DAPALE MADE THIS FLOOR".
- There is a bug in which the train in front of the elevator can sometimes kill players or NPCs even if it didn't crash through.
- There is an invisible floor below if you clip out of bounds.
- This floor used to have tracks
