Sanatorium is a floor in the normal elevator.
Gameplay[]
Upon the Doors opening, Players on this floor can exit the elevator to a dark hallway with flickering lights. for 30 seconds, Slenderman can briefly appear in several locations. After 30 seconds, the users get teleported back to the elevator, where Slenderman will teleport multiple times towards it. Then His Jumpscare sound plays after hes at the front of the elevator.
Trivia[]
- Before the 2019 remaster, the aftermath of this floor would cause one of the players' heads to turn white, become a weird shape, and have their faces on both sides of their head.
- There is an "unused" room to the left outside the starting hall. Access it by drinking the phantom potion, which enables you to fly.
- Sometimes players cannot see Slenderman.
