When the floor starts, a NPC named "The Big Cheese" will appear and slowly walks towards the elevator until it enters the elevator, then nothing else happens until the floor ends.

- The Big Cheese was replaced with The Big Wig at one point but was changed back in a unknown update.
- Theres a UGC item for The Big Cheese, it can be found here.
- There was another UGC Item for The Big Cheese but it got banned.
- The Big Cheese gets replaced on this floor by Bloodsucker during Halloween.

When the floor starts, The Big Cheese is seen walking towards the Elevator. However the big cheeses head is now textured and is more like cheese now. After a couple of seconds The big cheese will stop, And a trapdoor in the roof that opens up, after a stream of parachuted pie-boxes Fly out and land down to the ground.
